President, Chief Executive Officer

Stephanie Reisner

Stephanie Reisner is the President/CEO of GPS Education Partners. Her passion is to advance work-based learning and increase equitable access to high-demand career pathways for ALL students. Her efforts to strengthen connections between business and educators ensure that the next generation of our workforce thrives as members of strong communities.
Stephanie graduated from Carroll University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Org Development, and Business. Prior to GPS Ed, she served as VP of Human Resources at Generac Power Systems for 16 years. While there, she piloted and advanced the innovative GPS Education Partners work-based learning model. Under her leadership, the nonprofit experienced significant growth in the education and technical fields, while continuing to expand its reach nationwide. GPS Ed currently serves over 1100 students, partnering with businesses, schools, and community organizations.
Stephanie uses her industry expertise to champion students underserved by traditional education. She leads her team to design and execute high-quality work-based learning programming, with an ever-expanding ecosystem of education, business, and community partnerships serving ALL students. Stephanie has been a speaker at national conferences highlighting regional industry, education, and workforce development, including - ACT Workforce Summit, Close-It Summit, and inclusion as a panelist at SXSW EDU, ASU/GSV and JFF Horizons.
Billie Torrentt
Chief Operations Officer

Billie Torrentt

Billie Torrentt is the Chief Operations Officer at GPS Education Partners, where she has spent the past five years driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and impact in work-based learning. Prior to joining GPS Ed, Billie served over 20 years at Goodwill Industries, advancing through progressive leadership roles up to Chief Operating Officer. Throughout her career, she has championed innovative workforce development strategies, with a strong passion for creating equitable, hands-on learning pathways that connect education, training, and work to career success. Billie holds an MBA from Concordia University and is passionate about creating pathways to meaningful careers for youth and underserved communities.
Vice President of Strategic Development

Stephanie Loeck

Stephanie Loeck brings over 10 years of workforce and education advocacy experience to her work at GPS Education Partners. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Partnerships at America Succeeds where she focused on engaging business leaders in modernizing education systems through initiatives such as Durable Skills. Previously, she worked in economic development for a chamber of commerce, as a strategic marketing consultant, and for a variety of technology startups. Stephanie is active in several boards, including the CAPS Network Advisory and CompTIA's Career and Technical Education Council, where she helps champion the expansion of authentic, career-connected learning experiences. Based in Denver, she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and basset hounds.
Tony Lanza
Vice President of Finance

Tony Lanza

Tony Lanza is an analytic and efficient financial leader with over 25 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. A thorough understanding of process improvement and automation creates cost saving initiatives while increasing company/departmental growth strategies.

Prior to joining GPS Ed, Tony had worked a great organizations like Froedtert Health, Brookdale and Commercial Association of Realtors to name a few.

Director of Marketing

Katie Ish

Katie Ish brings more than a decade of marketing, creative leadership, and higher education experience to her role as Director of Marketing at GPS Education Partners. Most recently, she served the marketing department at Waukesha County Technical College, where she led a multidisciplinary creative team and developed integrated marketing strategies that supported enrollment growth, strengthened brand perception, and helped reposition the institution to a first-choice destination for students.

Known for blending strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution, Katie has built campaigns that connect audiences with meaningful opportunities and inspire action. Her experience spans brand strategy, digital marketing, creative direction, content development, and team leadership.

Katie believes deeply in the power of education to change the trajectory of a person’s life. She is passionate about developing the next generation of creative talent and continues to serve as an adjunct instructor teaching college-level graphic design courses. She is committed to creating pathways that help people discover the right opportunities at the right moment in their lives.

Andrew Zimdars
Director of Partner Services

Andrew Zimdars

Andrew Zimdars is a service-driven leader focused on a commitment to supporting partners internally and externally around GPS Ed’s mission to provide high-quality Work-Based Learning (WBL) solutions. With over 15 years of experience in education, Andrew’s work has included being a K-12 educator, higher education recruiter and administrator, and most recently as a Partner Services Manager (PSM) at GPS Ed before stepping into his current Director of Partner Services role. Throughout his career, Andrew’s motivation has been to help others see their path towards success in education and life, advocating for programming and pathways that enhance opportunities and rethink traditional systematic approaches. As a leader, Andrew believes strongly in the ideals of servant-leadership and excels at partnership development and support, serving his partners to ensure satisfaction and longevity. Andrew is a proud alum of Wisconsin Lutheran College with a Communication degree and Master's Degree in Educational Leadership.

Tricia Ludwig (Munoz)

Tricia Munoz is a forward-thinking educator with over 15 years of experience in the field of education. Holding a degree in Business and Marketing Education, Tricia has dedicated her career to being an agent of change, providing meaningful and impactful learning experiences for all students, and redefining what success looks like in education. Tricia is passionate about fostering collaboration between education and industry to address hurdles and barriers, creating positive change within communities, and supporting a stronger future for all. She has been with GPS Education Partners (GPS Ed) for more than ten years. In her current role as the Director of Work-Based Learning Engagement, Tricia plays a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and execution of GPS Ed's Work-Based Learning Programs. Through her efforts, Tricia ensures that students gain valuable, real-world experiences that prepare them for successful careers. Her commitment to innovation in education and her ability to build strong partnerships between schools and businesses make her a vital contributor to the ongoing evolution of educational practices.

Russell is a dynamic and results-oriented Director of National Partnership Development, known for his ability to lead and scale high-impact Work-Based Learning (WBL) programs. With a deep commitment to bridging the gap between education and industry, he excels at cultivating strategic partnerships and creating sustainable alliances that drive growth and innovation. Russell is dedicated to empowering business partners through comprehensive training, coaching, and mentorship, ensuring the optimization of WBL best practices. His expertise in project management spans diverse regions, where he is adept at orchestrating seamless initiatives that align with business objectives, foster collaboration, and pave the way for future expansion.

Andrea Roberts

Andrea Roberts joined GPS Education Partners in 2011. She was an Instructor for many years and helped open the GPS Ed Education Center that started serving students from Milwaukee Public Schools. She transitioned into the Principal role for GPS Ed’s immersive Youth Apprenticeship Program in 2019 after receiving her MBA in Educational Leadership from MSOE. Andrea entered the education field through Teach for America because she was passionate about closing the achievement gap. She continues to live that mission through GPS Ed by providing transformational work-based learning experiences for all students looking for an alternative pathway to a proud and productive life.
